Graphs via ICTJournal According to Gartner soon-to-be released research, Apple now ranks in 4th position with 15.7% in global mobile phone manufacturers against increasilying fast Andorid platform that reaches 22.7%. Nokia is still leader with 36.4%. For the smartphone market in Switzerland, things are quite different: iOS holds pole position with 52.1% of local market share and the Google platform “only” 22.9%. The first post of Dandy’s brand new Swiss Tech category is dedicated to social networks and their use into Switzerland. Data are collected thorugh Google Ad Planner and show how Facebook is leading the chart by reaching almost 3 milion users, followed by Twitter and LinkedIn that can’t both breake the 500 thousands unique visotors per month line. Starting today I’m launching a brand new category within Dandy’s blog dedicated to tech companies, online services and social network that are born in Switzerland or created by a swiss founder.
